Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Timelines

  • In-Stock Items:

    • Processing: 1–2 business days

    • Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Pre-Orders:

    • Launch Dates: Each pre-order product page displays its expected ship window (e.g., “Ships late December 2025”).

    • Order Status: Check your pre-order’s progress at www.rinen.skin/pre-order-101.

    • Cancellations & Modifications: Cancel or edit your pre-order any time before dispatch by emailing support@rinen.skin.


2. Shipping Rates & Options

  • Sample-Only Orders: Free

  • Any Full-Size Item: S$8 flat

  • Mixed Orders: If your cart contains at least one full-size product, a single S$8 shipping fee applies.

Note: Applies to both In-stock and pre-order items


3. Split vs. Combined Shipments

  • Combined (Default): In-stock items are held until your pre-order ships, so you receive one consolidated package.

  • Split (Optional): Want in-stock items delivered immediately? Email support@rinen.skin within 24 hrs of ordering. Additional shipping fees may apply.


4. Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once each shipment goes out.

  • Standard via SingPost / NinjaVan

  • Didn’t get tracking info? Let us know at support@rinen.skin.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  1. Check your tracking status online.

  2. If there’s no update after 5 business days, email support@rinen.skin.

  3. We’ll liaise with the carrier to locate or replace your order.


6. PO Boxes & Special Orders

  • PO Boxes: Only Standard shipping.

  • Wholesale/Bulk Pre-Orders: Contact support@rinen.skin for custom quotes and lead times.
