Cancellations & Modifications: Cancel or edit your pre-order any time before dispatch by emailing support@rinen.skin.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

Sample-Only Orders: Free

Any Full-Size Item: S$8 flat

Mixed Orders: If your cart contains at least one full-size product, a single S$8 shipping fee applies.
Note: Applies to both In-stock and pre-order items
3. Split vs. Combined Shipments

Combined (Default): In-stock items are held until your pre-order ships, so you receive one consolidated package.

Split (Optional): Want in-stock items delivered immediately? Email support@rinen.skin within 24 hrs of ordering. Additional shipping fees may apply.
4. Tracking & Updates

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once each shipment goes out.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
