Base formulation
Frustrated by how most facial mists don't seem to do anything, we set out to develop a gentle clarifying mist tailored around Singaporeans' lifestyles.
Early user testing
We partnered with Singaporeans who have acne and eczema to test the mist in real-world conditions. Every feedback is taken seriously and fed into our R&D process.
Finalise formula
We’re finalising the formula by working with our lab to stabilise the pH and ensure long-term shelf stability. This includes stability testing and ensuring that the product stays efficacious over time.
Official testing
We’ll engage a third-party lab to ensure product consistency, safety, and performance.
Packaging & design
We're in the process of selecting a mist spray bottle that delivers a fine mist for even application. The design is compact, travel-friendly, and functional for everyday use.
Official launch
Final manufacturing and launch are scheduled for the end of 2025.

Base formulation
We tested over 20+ base formulas to create a sunscreen that's gentle on sensitive skin, and feels breathable in Singapore’s humidity
Early user testing
We collaborated with Singaporeans with acne and eczema to refine the formula based on real-world feedback on texture, finish, and wear. After testing over 50 shades on Chinese and Malay skin tones, we selected 3 that best complement the natural complexion of most Singaporeans.
Finalise formula
Despite achieving the perfect lightweight and water resistant formula, we had to reformulate post-testing to improve UV protection. Previously, we experienced formulation delays with an ingredient supply crisis, which set us back by half a year.
Official testing
After reformulation, we will conduct a set of rigorous testing with our 3rd Party Lab, according to the highest international standards. We're testing for UVA, UVB, Sensitive skin, Non-comedogenicity, and Water resistance.
Packaging and design
We're collaborating with a local Singaporean artist (and friend) to design a product that is both gender neutral, and celebrates the Southeast Asian pride of our brand - using batik motifs to highlight the ingredient story.
Official launch
We're aiming for a Mid-End 2026 launch, to ensure we really get the formula and tests done right.

After more than a year of formulation, our sunscreen passed the highest standard for water resistance — but fell short on SPF levels in third-party testing. Rather than launch something we’re not fully confident in, we’ve chosen to reformulate and retest.
We’re now aiming for a mid-2026 launch, but won’t promise a fixed date until we clear SPF testing. Quality takes time, and we want to get this right.
In the meantime, we’ll continue to share updates — and if the wait no longer works for you, you’re welcome to request a full refund anytime before your order ships.

We aim to update this page at least once a month, and more frequently whenever we have meaningful updates to share. Some information — particularly around production and timelines — may take a bit longer to finalize due to coordination with our stakeholders.
