Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window
    Return any unopened, unused product purchased from rinen. (online store or official pop-ups) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Pre-Order Cancellation
    If you pre-ordered an item, you may request a full refund at any time before your order ships—no questions asked.

  • One-Time Exchange
    Exchanges are limited to one per order. Any additional changes require a new purchase.


2. Eligibility

  • Item must be in original, sealed packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • Non-returnable: Sale items, bundles, gift cards, and personalized products.


3. How to Return

  1. Email support@rinen.skin with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and return address.

  3. Ship via SingPost (or courier of your choice) with tracking—retain your tracking number.

  4. Unauthorized returns or returns to the wrong address won’t be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid: Unless due to defect, wrong item, or transit damage, postage is at your expense.

  • Defects/Damage: Email photos and tracking details to support@rinen.skin—if it’s our error, we’ll cover return postage.


5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • After we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we’ll confirm approval.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Prefer store credit? Let us know when you request your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order on arrival.

  • For missing, incorrect, or damaged items, email photos and your order number to support@rinen.skin within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it—fast.
